Let’s get you started.

My Offerings

Embodiment for all seasons of growth — the journey is yours. Here’s all the ways we can work together:

Mother/doula hiking in a forest with a baby in a backpack carrier, surrounded by tall trees.
  • Desert landscape with cacti and mountains under a clear blue sky.

    ¹ Embodyoga for Birth

Prenatal Yoga for all Bodies and gestational stages

Prenatal yoga is a combination of asana (movement) and pranayama (breath work) for whole body nourishment. Through postural alignment, exploration of our pelvic bowl, and breath supported movement, yoga will serve to support your pregnancy and prepare you for birth.

  • Desert landscape with a dirt trail winding through rocky terrain, surrounded by arid vegetation and distant mountain ranges under a clear blue sky.

    ² Embodyoga for Postpartum

safe and supportive movement for postpartum (anytime after baby)

Postpartum is a time to rest, renew, and relearn our new bodies. The physical changes from pregnancy and birth require intentional care to nourish their transition. Gentle movement to support the pelvic floor and encourage the body to knit back together is woven together with breath and grounding practices.

  • Desert landscape with sparse vegetation, dry bushes, and rocky terrain under a clear blue sky with distant mountains.

    ³ Ritual & Ceremony

    CLOSING OF THE BONES

Ritual is an ancient practice that spans time and space, most often used to mark transitions and celebrate rites of passages. The Closing of the Bones ceremony provides physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery for those who have recently given birth, experienced miscarriage, or infant loss. The tradition is strongly associated with Mexican midwifery but has roots in indigenous practices all over the world.

  • Desert landscape with a Joshua tree, mountains in the background, and clear blue sky.

    ⁴ Community Events

    Our Village and More

In collaboration with For Love & Babe’s, I facilitate community gatherings for pregnant folk in our area and host yoga class series throughout the year.
