    ¹ Embodied Birth

    Holistic Prenatal Support

Prenatal education for body, mind, and spirit, uniquely designed to meet birthing parents and their support partners where they are at in their greatest season of growth. A combination of evidenced-based resources, yoga, art therapy, and a listening ear.

  • Desert landscape with a dirt trail winding through rocky terrain, surrounded by arid vegetation and distant mountain ranges under a clear blue sky.

    ² Sacred Window

Postpartum Support For Your First 40 Days

Western culture has long forgotten the sacred nature of early postpartum and with it, we’ve lost our ability to support birthing parents and babies for life-long health and wellness. Understand the importance of this sacred window and help prepare yourself and your village for these early days. In-person support available for local clients.

  • Desert landscape with sparse vegetation, dry bushes, and rocky terrain under a clear blue sky with distant mountains.

    ³ Ritual & Ceremony

    CLOSING OF THE BONES

Ritual is an ancient practice that spans time and space, most often used to mark transitions and celebrate rites of passages. The Closing of the Bones ceremony provides physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery for those who have recently given birth, experienced miscarriage, or infant loss. The tradition is strongly associated with Mexican midwifery but has roots in indigenous practices all over the world.

  • Desert landscape with a Joshua tree, mountains in the background, and clear blue sky.

    ⁴ Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Yoga for mind, body & soul

From preparing your body to open in birth to gently encouraging your body to heal in postpartum, yoga is a wonderful addition to pre and postnatal care. A combination of asana (physical postures) pranayama (breathing practices) are uniquely sequenced for your body’s present needs. 1:1 and small group events can be arranged.
