4 weekly gatherings to relieve pregnancy discomfort, optimize fetal positioning, and prepare your body for a fluid labor—all from the comfort of your home.
Pregnancy requires an immense physical and energetic expansion. Too often, prenatal fitness focuses on "tightening" and "holding up," which can lead to pelvic gripping, lower back pain, and exhaustion.
This virtual 4-week series shifts the focus from rigid exercise to somatic yielding and biomechanical space. Rooted in the principles of Body-Mind Centering (BMC) and Embodyoga®, we will explore how to align your pelvis to naturally support the weight of your growing baby, manage intra-abdominal pressure, and alleviate common third-trimester discomforts like pelvic girdle and hip pain.
Because early motherhood requires flexibility, this series is entirely virtual. You can join live from your living room, leave your camera off if you need a quiet practice, and skip the logistics of travel.
What We’ll Explore:
Finding Your Functional Neutral: Postural mapping for daily sitting and standing to encourage Optimal Fetal Positioning (OFP).
The Breath & Pelvic Connection: Utilizing diaphragmatic breathing to release deep habitual tension in the pelvic floor.
Sounding: Utilizing sounding for pelvic floor relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Movement for the Early Stages of Labor: Rocking, swaying, side-lying resting, squats, and lunging all have a place in your labor. Let’s explore them before the big day(s) come!
The Details:
When: Tuesdays from July 14th through August 4th, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM MDT
Where: Live via Google Meet (All registrants will receive a link to the recording after class finishes).
Investment: $95 for the complete 4-week series.
Capacity: Intentionally limited to a small virtual cohort to ensure personal support and community connection.
